1. Junior Assistant
No. of Posts: 21
Salary: NPR 28000+ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Required Qualification:
Minimum: SLC/SEE Passed
Preferred: 10+2 (Intermediate)
Experience: Not mandatory, but candidates with prior work in the financial sector will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer handling and account – management
- Assisting in daily financial transactions
2. Assistant Officer
No. of Posts: 7
Salary: NPR 35000+ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Required Qualification:
Minimum: 10+2 (Intermediate) Passed
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing branch operations
- Loan processing and recovery management
3. Branch Manager
- No. of Posts: Few
- Salary: NPR 40000+ per month (negotiable based on experience)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Passed
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in Laghubitta operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing overall branch activities
- Leading the team and ensuring branch performance
General Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work in rural and remote areas.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office Package).
