Additional Notes:

  1. The medium of the written examination can be either Nepali or English, or both.
  2. The first and second phases of the written examination will be conducted separately.
  3. For multiple-choice questions, each incorrect answer will result in a 20% deduction of marks. There will be no deduction of marks for questions left unanswered.
  4. No electronic devices such as calculators, mobile phones, or other electronic devices are allowed during the objective multiple-choice examination.
  5. In subjective questions, a long question or multiple parts of a single question or several short notes may be asked.
  6. The subject matter of the syllabus includes laws, acts, rules, and regulations amended up to three months before the examination.
  7. Only candidates who pass the written examination of the first phase will be allowed to participate in the second phase.
  8. The results of the written examination will be published based on the combined marks of the first and second phases.
  9. Only candidates who pass the written examination will be eligible for the computer skill test and interview.
  10. The final results will be published based on the combined marks of the written examination, computer skill test, and interview.
  11. The syllabus will be effective from 2080/12/05 B.S. (Nepali calendar).
